  This is the fourth time in a row that you are either out of glazed and/or chocolate doughnuts. Your workers have an "I could care less" attitude and play way to much. Was excited about the new place but unless your management team is replaced or shapes up it will be a total failure of a location.

  If I could leave less than one star I would. I live an hour away and happened to be in the area so was looking forward to stopping by and grabbing a treat. When walking in I was greeted by a group of people who must have been friends of an employee gathered around the counter acting like fools. One girl even hit an elderly man in the face with her elbow and didn't apologize. Then as I go to place my order 2 girls at the register were too busy in their personal conversation to even care about speaking to me. So when confronted they immediately got an attitude. At that time I was asking for the manager a friend that was with me pointed out that the guy working the line had gloves on but was also digging around in his pockets and on his phone while also touching and boxing doughnuts. That's a health violation if you ask me. Finally when getting to talk to the manager and explaining the situation all that was said was "ok" in a snarky attitude. This said manager was also watching all this go on and did not say a word. This is the EXACT reason that nothing lasts in the Memphis area. I will be calling corporate on Monday and sadly will probably not be back to this location and will spread the word for others not to do so as well.

  Horrible! First and last time going to the new location in Bartlett. I purchased a dozen glazed doughnuts and completely regretted my purchase. The doughnuts tasted like grease. Just imagine drinking a bottle of vegetable oil. Exactly! That is how the doughnuts tasted. I thought my taste was off, but I had my sister and mom to taste them and they agreed with me. Mushy and greasy doughnuts is just wrong! I heard bad things about the Bartlett location, but I wanted to give them a try. Never again!!! My cousin went months ago and they told her that they didn't have any original glazed available. One of the workers told her that they make a new batch every three hours which is ridiculous! People save your time and money! If you are craving doughnuts I would suggest that you make a trip to their two other locations like the one in Whitehaven or Hacks Cross. You will never go wrong with those two locations. Maybe someone from the Whitehaven or Hacks Cross store can teach the new store how to make delicious Krispy Kreme doughnuts. If those locations are too far you can always try Howard's doughnuts off of Germantown Pkwy and Bellevue.

  The worst Krispy Kreme donut I ever had. Didn't even taste like a Krispy Kreme donut. It had a funky taste like there was something burnt in the dough. The "hot donut' sign was on and the donuts were not hot.
