  The owner Fat Larry and one of the waitresses seriously started fighting in front of EVERYONE, we were mortified,so we decided to leave and pay for our beverages, then he demanded we pay for food we just ordered , SERIOUSLY!!! We left, don't take chances around people who get into heated arguments. This place has no class.

  This restaurant is so wonderful. Their sweet tea is delicious. The sausage and cheese plate is one of my favorites. I love their fire island wings and their dry rub wings. My 2 year old loves their fries. Their turkey ribs are out of this world & the apple cider sauce served with it is phenomenal. The brisket is delicious. They make the most amazing fried pecan pies. The waitresses are always so wonderful, welcoming, & kind. And I've seen Larry out and about talking to customers like they were his family. This place reminds me of home. My husband and I drive 40 minutes to Fat Larry's once a week because it's our favorite place!

  I usually really enjoy this place but my latest experience has left a bad taste my mouth (figuratively speaking). My to go order took a very long time and upon inspection I found that it was incorrect. This was likely due to being there during lunch and the place was packed but it could have been remedied by having a sufficient amount of staff working the front. Only two really isn't enough to make a restaurant run smoothly in the front.
